Adolescent Child Care Clinic

The Adolescent center at Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center provides comprehensive health care for a population of teenagers from ages 12-21.

Health care services include treatment and prevention of a wide variety of health concerns from asthma to learning problems.

We offer our care in a "one stop shopping" model, meaning that a teenager who comes to the clinic for an ear ache who is delayed in immunization or needs a birth control method will receive everything they need during that visit whenever possible.

Our preventative health services include screening for, and management of, reproductive services for both teenage boys and girls, violence prevention and mental health services.

We provide primary care to a large panel of patients and in addition, confidential services to any teen regardless of primary care site who needs pregnancy prevention or counseling, STD/HIV testing & care, drug and alcohol counseling or referral for treatment.
